- Nooelec is proud to offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on most items. Please note the following:
- Certain items, like most Nooelec products, have a warranty exceeding the return policy length. Any warranty or return period specifically noted on an item page supersedes this policy.
- Return shipping is paid by Nooelec for DOA items, but is otherwise the responsibility of the buyer.
- A restocking fee of 20% applies to returns, unless the return is due to DOA. The final nature of a return will be determined by our RMA department. There is no fee for exchanges.
- For most returns, our RMA team will inquire regarding the nature of a return and the specific reason for return. This is to provide guidance to our RMA team when processing the return. You are welcome to decline to answer these questions, as the 'no-questions-asked' policy implies, but in these instances the restocking fee will be mandatory.
- Incidental damage is NOT covered by any Nooelec return policy or warranty. This includes accidental and intentional damage caused directly by the buyer or while in the order is in the buyer's possession. In essence, goods must be returned complete and in a 're-sellable' state.
- An RMA must be issued before a return can be processed. Unsolicited packages will be returned to sender.
